He is seeking challenges related to Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Innovation, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has delivered presentations, public speaking, and TV & radio interviews on many different topics in 3 different languages; Arabic, English, and Spanish. Hammam is always passionate about being immersed in interdisciplinary and multicultural projects in this VUCA environment.

He has several publications that cover the aforementioned areas as well as vast work experience in many projects, initiatives and activities in more than 38 cities in different 15 countries in 4 continents; Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.
